We are convinced that you will like our products very much but also understand that there are sometimes reasons for a return.


How long does my right of return apply?
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, we offer you a voluntary right of return of 30 days from receipt of the goods. For the Christmas season we offer you an extended right of return. You can return or exchange gifts after the Christmas season without any problems and take your time for this decision. All orders up to and including December 20, 2020 have an extended return policy until January 20, 2021.


Will there be any costs for the return? 
During the Christmas time, we will cover the cost of returns from Germany for all orders placed up to and including December 20, 2020. You can either exchange the ordered items or convert the order value into a Nata Y Limón voucher. Outside of Germany, unfortunately we are not yet able to offer free return shipping. We ask you to place your order carefully so that there are as few returns as possible. If you have any questions about us or our products in advance, please don’t hesitate to contact us through the contact form or via e-mail at hallo@nataylimon.de .


How do I return an item?

For all orders from Germany the following applies: To return one or more items you can contact us via the contact formular or write to hallo@nataylimon.de and request a return label, which we will then send you via e-mail. Please also write us the reason for your return and let us know if you want to exchange the item or convert it into a voucher. Please pack the items safely and fill out the return form  (with reason for return). Put the return form in the package and glue the return label on top of the shipping box. You can return the goods to any branch of Deutsche Post or DHL Parcelshop. Please keep your proof of dispatch well until we confirm the receipt of your returns.



For orders from all other countries outside of Germany: Please pack the items securely and fill out the return form Please also write us the reason for your return and let us know if you want a cost refund, exchange the item or convert it into a voucher. Put the return form in the package and please make your paid and insured return:

Please keep your proof of delivery in a safe place until we confirm receipt of your return.


What are the return conditions?
Products can only be returned in perfect and unworn condition in the original packaging. Of course, you can try the bags on.


When and how will the refund be made?
After checking the returned items you get the new article (exchange request), receive a voucher or we will refund the respective purchase amount within 14 working days to your payment method used for the purchase.

Small Request: Sometimes we can solve possible return reasons in a dialogue before items get send back. In this case please contact us at hallo@nataylimon.de. We really try our very best to create a wonderful shopping experience.
