Shipping to Austria 

Delivery time: 3-5 working days*

Shipping costs: 6,90€ incl. VAT (accessories 3,90€ incl. VAT.), free shipping for orders of € 150 or more, free shipping for orders of € 150 or more 


Shipping to other EU countries

Delivery time: 5-7 working days* 

Shipping costs: 14,90€ incl. VAT, (accessories 3,90€ incl. VAT), free shipping for orders of € 300 or more


Shipping to Switzerland

Delivery time: 5-7 working days*

Shipping costs: 19,90€ incl. VAT, (accessories 3,90€ incl. VAT)


Shipping to all other countries 

Delivery time: 10-14 working days*

Shipping costs: 29.90 € incl.VAT, (accessories 3.90 € incl. VAT)


Note: Due to the current COVID situation, international shipping (all countries except Germany, Austria, Switzerland and other EU countries) is subject to considerable restrictions. Please contact us in advance at hallo@nataylimon.de to check the current status of the DHL service in your country and make sure that your shipment will arrive on time.



* The specified delivery time applies after the order confirmation. Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. Due to the current COVID situation there may be delays in delivery. We ask for your understanding. With DHL shipment tracking (except for small accessory products, which we send without insurance with Deutsche Post) you can track the status of your shipment.




With  which shipping service provider will my package be sent to?

We send your order insured with DHL GoGreen. Smaller items such as accessories we send uninsured in mailing bags with Deutsche Post.


Can I track my package?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification by email for all DHL parcel deliveries and you can find your parcel with the tracking number here follow up. Smaller items such as We send accessories in shipping bags for which we cannot offer tracking.


My shipment is missing - what can I do?

Our package is verifiably sent but has not yet reached you after the specified shipping time? We're sorry! Please contact our customer service or write to us hallo@nataylimon.de and we will do our best to help you as soon as possible.
